Online Service Payment
Dear Customers, it is possible now to pay for satellite communication services remotely with plastic bank cards. This service is provided by bePaid. Payment for services is processed by replying to an electronic invoice sent directly to the client's e-mail. To make a payment, you would need to sign a formal contract in advance and get a confirmation of the Belintersat’s Sales Department. The contract would specify the terms, conditions, prices of services and a scope of service delivery.
Bank cards payments are processed by bePaid electronic payment system (bepaid.by). The payment page of bePaid system meets all the requirements of the data transfer security (PCI DSS Level 1). All sensitive data is processed in an encrypted form and is utmost resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out via protocol that ensures secured data transfer over the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Please note, that it is not necessary to enter your personal data (passwords, wallet numbers, etc.) on our website. Payment is being processed on the electronic payments secure page of the bePaid system.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROCESS
After signing a contract, Belintersat’s Sales Consultant/Department would send you an email containing a link to a secured payment page of the bePaid processing system.
On the payment page you would see the Service Order number and amount to be paid. To make a payment you would need to enter your bank card details and confirm the payment by clicking "Make Payment/Pay".
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, you would be prompted to go through a standard one-minute cardholder verification process on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).
We accept payments with bank cards issued by: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, BelCard.
After the payment is processed, our Belintersat’s Sales Consultant/Department would contact you to confirm the details of the service delivery.
Please note, after the payment is made you would receive a payment confirmation email to the previously specified address (see a sample of an electronic receipt of a successful payment: receipt ). Please keep a record of your payment’s receipts.

TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT:
- Maximum amount of one payment is up to 1990 USD (up to 1700 EUR).
- In the "amount" field please enter an integer number (no dots or commas).
- After the payment is processed, Belintersat Sales Consultant will contact you to clarify the details of the service provision.

Technical parameters of the service, terms of service provision and prices are to be agreed upon additionally by the Sales Consultants of the Belintersat’s Sales Department and are fixed by the signing of a Service Contract.
The Service Order to organize a satellite communication link by NSSС is carried out after «Capacity Allocation» form is filled out, or an email request sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. After signing the satellite communication services contract, testing and provision of the requested service, Belintersat would email an electronic copy of the invoice with the link for payment for the provided service to the customer's official e-mail.
After the payment is received, Sales Consultants of the Belintersat’s Sales Department would inform the customer via the customer's official mail or by telephone.
Belintersat is to charge a payment processing fee of 3% of the payment amount for each online service payment.
In the case of circumstances that require a refund (strictly according to satellite communication services contract), the refund is being processed as follwing:
- when the service is paid by a bank card, the refund is made to the very card from which the payment was made, within 1 to 30 business days from the date of the refund.
- refunds are made after deducting the payment processing fee of 3% of the amount of online service payment.
